What We Do

Nurture Community Garden

Our community garden is currently forming in Haydon Bridge: a place for the whole community to come along and grow collaboratively. Sharing skills & techniques to grow healthy food produce, reducing food miles.

Community Garden

The community garden will develop a sensory garden & nature play area for children and young people to use, including specialist provisions for children with additional needs.

  • Healthy cooking classes and dietary education, reducing food waste.

  • Community composting to establish and maintain healthy soil.

  • Creating natural environments and pollinators for wildlife to thrive.

  • Learn how to grow your own food at home, come along to create your own vegetable / herb boxes to take home and enjoy.

Kids Gardening

Forest School

Forest School is a child-centred inspirational learning process, that offers opportunities for holistic growth through regular sessions. It is a long-term program that supports play, exploration and supported risk taking. It develops confidence and self-esteem through learner inspired, hands-on experiences in a natural setting.
